About Me

I am Adrián Carrera Carrasco, Bachelor of Law from the University of Seville and Court Prosecutor certified since 2015 by the Ministry of Justice.

Additionally, I hold the qualification of Advanced Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (Academia Lecciona) and extensive experience in the banking sector and in claim amount procedures, which allows me to have a practical and strategic view of judicial processes in different areas.

Between the years 2019 and 2024, I have served as a prosecutor nationwide, representing clients in legal proceedings throughout the entire Spanish territory.

What is a Prosecutor?

The prosecutor is the professional responsible for legally representing you before the courts, acting as an intermediary between the citizen, the lawyers, and the judicial bodies.

My role is to ensure that all procedural formalities are carried out correctly and within the established deadlines, ensuring the proper development of your legal process and avoiding any delays or incidents that could harm your case.
